On Wednesday, December 21, Virginia Niman, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was eighty-seven. Born to Dora and Robert Woodard. Predeceased by brother Thomas Woodard and sister Ada Park. Survived by sister Roberta Archambeault. Virginia grew up in Bristol where her and her family lived on Indian Rock. She graduated from Bristol Central High School in 1949. Virginia began working in the insurance field as a receptionist and ended her multiple year career as a legal secretary. Virginia loved her children and grandchildren first and foremost. Her son Michael and wife Tammy, Jeffery and wife Joan and stepdaughter Linda and husband Ken Wodatch. Her grandchildren, Nicholas and Stephanie (Michael), Dominic, Gianna, Gabrielle and Jeffery (Jeffery) and Raina Wodatch (Linda). She was an avid gardener and knitter. She also enjoyed feeding the many birds that visited her feeders. Virginia was a very independent woman who was blessed to live on her own until the very end.
