Connecticut on November 28th, 1990. He attended and graduated from Bristol Eastern High
School, and from Porter and Chester Technical Institute. He worked in Bristol as an Auto
Mechanic. Hayden is survived by his fiancé Lea Dinkla-Cruz and her children, whom he loved
dearly, parents Donna and Boyd Horne, sister Meghan Horne Kulak and brother-in-law Evan
Kulak, sister Jennifer Horne, sister and brother-in-law Marybeth and Paul Negri, godparents
Patricia and Daniel Dubrosky, and his Aunt Phyllis Bonomo, among many other beloved aunts,
uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Albert Mallett, Jeanne
Mallett and step-grandfather Dave Solomon, his paternal grandparents Merle Horne, Mary
Soltis and step-grandfather John Soltis, and his uncle Al Bonomo.
Hayden loved being with family for Thanksgiving, and cherished his childhood of visiting and
spending time with family at Moosehead Lake in Maine, water tubing, playing baseball, and
looking for cray fish. He always enjoyed sharing good food with good people, especially if it
contained hot wings, his Aunt’s sticky buns, or his dad’s sloppy joe’s. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
