Thibodeau, Leonard J., 95, of Bristol and previously of East Hartford, widower of Mary Ann (Viel) Thibodeau died Friday, October 30, 2009 at the Pines at Bristol. He was born August 26, 1914 in St. Francis, ME a son of the late John and Jenny (MacKenzie) Thibodeau and had lived in East Hartford and Bristol for most of his life. He was a Milling Machine Operator at Pratt & Whitney Small Tool Co. for 30 years before his retirement. He leaves a daughter and son-in-law Linda and Ralph W. Roland of Newport, VT, a grandson Frank L. Roland of Indianapolis, IN, two great grandchildren, Kevin Garcia of Plainville, CT, and Fawn Crouse of Whitcha Falls, TX, and a great great grandson Zachary M. Crouse also of Whitcha Falls, TX and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a grandson Douglas W. Roland and several brothers and sisters. The funeral will be held Monday evening at 8pm at DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill, on Wednesday at 10am. Calling hours will be held Monday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
