Chasse, Victoria Marie (Clavette), 57, of Bristol, wife of Roger Chasse died Sunday, October 4, 2009 at the Hospital of Central Conn., New Britain. She was born January 15, 1952 in Bristol and was a daughter of Marie May (Paradis) Clavette of Bristol, and the late Jean Clavette. She was formerly employed for 13 years at Quality Coil, Inc. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church and was a member of the Ladies of St. Ann. Besides her husband and mother, she leaves three daughters and two sons-in-law, Tina and Peter Johnson of Bristol, Nicole and Marcus Bacon of Kensington, and Sherri Chasse of Bristol; two brothers and a sister-in-law J. Raymond and Patricia Clavette and William Clavette all of Bristol, two sisters Claudette Gelinas and Marie Jeanne Sauer both of Bristol, a granddaughter Samantha Jean Johnson of Bristol, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Jean Clavette. The funeral will be held Thursday, 9am from DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, followed by a mass at 10am in St. Anthony Church, Bristol. Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
